Edmundbyers → Derwent Reservoir and Blanchland via local roads.
From Derwent area, B6278/B6309 down towards Shotley Bridge.
Shotley Bridge → Lanchester via A691/minor roads.
Lanchester → Durham Services via B6302/A688 with minimal repeats.
